Posidonia 2012 offers exhibitors a new promotional option enabling exhibitors to hang banners above their stand, assuring high visibility from a distance.

Note: Different specifications apply to Halls 1,2,3 and Hall 4.
All hanging banners and hanging special constructions must be within the stand's boundaries and at least 1,50m. away from boundaries with adjoining stands.
For Halls 1,2,3:
Price
€ 70 per sqm / single dimensional sign (Single-sided)
€ 100 per sqm / double dimensional sign (Double-sided)
Size & Locations
- Inside exhibition hall only, only permitted over stand/pavilion space (30sqm minimum)
- Maximum Size: 5m (W) x 2m (H)
- Minimum Size: 3m (W) x 2m (H)
i.e. re length of the banner, the minimum length is 2m and maximum is 5m, exhibitors can choose the size e.g. 3m x 2m; 4m x 2m; 5m x 2m. If over the limitation, it will be treated as a structure. Please contact the organiser for a quotation.
Height from Ground
The bottom of the banner must be at least 4.5m from ground.
Comments:
*The stand size must be at least 30sqm for the application of hanging banner/structure.
*Please note that the price includes space only, and does not include hanging and banner production. For production of the banner and hanging, please contact Expowork at posidonia@expowork.eu for quotation.
*Banners must not extend beyond the boundaries of the stand allocated.
*Banners are restricted to 2-dimensional signs only. If banners are 3-dimensional, irregular shape or not within the above mentioned size, it will be treated as structure. In this case, please contact the organiser for a quotation. No banners are allowed to be hung without the Organiser’s prior approval.
*The Organisers will try to hang the banner on the most appropriate site, but the final location depends on proximity to the fixed ceiling beams of the exhibition hall which are affixed to the hall ceiling.
*Banners with accessories (
S-hooks, rods across the top and bottom of banners and wires) must be ready by 29/5/2012 morning in the Exhibition Centre. Please contact Expowork for quotation if necessary.
