Conference- Seminar –Meeting room facilities
The Metropolitan Expo provides a Conference and a Seminar room, the Posidonia Conference Hall and the Posidonia Seminar Room. It also provides a meeting room for private meetings.
Posidonia Conference Hall
Dimensions: 510 sq.m., 6 m. Height.
Capacity: 600 people (Theater style)
Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, Sound system and microphone installation, Dimmer for lighting, Sound Absorption Panels, Air - conditioning system (hot - cold), wired Internet service, speakers' platform, lectern and discussion panel, Storage area, independent reception, separate lobby.
Rental costs:
2 hours: €800 + 23% VAT
Full day (11.00-19.00): €2.500 + 23% VAT
Posidonia Seminar Room
Dimensions: 250 sq.m., 6 m. Height.
Capacity: 250 (Theater style)
Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, Sound system and microphone installation, Dimmer for lighting, Sound Absorption Panels, Air - conditioning system (hot - cold), wired Internet Service, speakers' platform, lectern and discussion panel, storage area, independent reception, separate lobby.
Rental costs:
2 hours: €600 + 23% VAT
Full day (11.00-19.00): €2.000 + 23% VAT
Posidonia Meeting Room
Capacity: The Posidonia Meeting Room has a capacity of 25 people and is located in lobby 2 in the main entrance area of the Metropolitan Expo.
Rental cost: The cost for a two hour booking of the meeting room is €150 +23% VAT.
The Meeting Room does not include an audio visual installation (only electric sockets), therefore we advise you to contact the organisers for any additional equipment or facilities (audiovisual installation, internet, etc).
